    *Please note that you may be required to pay for treatment on the date of service if BCBS/Carefirst is your only insurance. We will be happy to file your claim on your behalf and reimbursement will be sent directly to you.

    Payment for Services:

    Please have all of your insurance information on the day of the appointment. We accept cash, personal checks, debit cards and most major credit cards including American Express, Visa, and MasterCard.

    • Please note that your portion of the bill, not covered by insurance, is requested at the time of service. If you are uncertain of your plan's benefits, our Financial Coordinator will be happy to assist you.
    •  Please be sure to keep us informed of any insurance changes such as policy name, insurance company address, or a change of employment.

    * Missed appointments: Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a$50.00 cancellation fee. Please help us serve you more efficiently by keeping your scheduled appointments.
